Worth the read!I've heard this story time and time again:You, as a HR/benefits professional, have worked tirelessly to enhance your benefits packages. You've taken valuable employee feedback, done all the research on vendors and offerings, create a communications plan, successfully roll out the new benefits. Shockingly, participation isn't what was expected. Why is that?There's no sure answer.
